Newsletter

We send out newsletters about the conference and other relevant updates from Medlytic. We use Mailchimp for sending out newsletters, subscribing to newsletters is voluntary and you can unsubscribe whenever you want. In order to be able to send you these newsletters, we store your name and email address. This will be deleted when you unsubscribe.

Why do we need your contact information?

When you register for conferences, events or participate in surveys, we need your contact information to keep you up to date on our events, our surveys, as well as future events and surveys organized by Medlytic. We store the information you provide, such as name, email address, postcode and your job title. When registering for conferences, we use a third-party supplier, Tikkio, to handle the registration.
We store the information for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which the personal information was collected. You can contact us at any time to correct or delete information registered about you. Tracking and statistics

We use Google Analytics to receive statistics on how our users use our websites so that we can continuously improve them. Google analytics uses cookies that start with the text _ga.
Google Analytics is not used on pages linked to a survey.
We collect your email and phone number in order to be able to contact you, if you have consented to this, and this information can not be linked to the answers you give in our survey. The responses are analyzed anonymously and at an accumulated level. When a market survey is carried out for our customers, they receive the anonymised results of the study in their entirety, and never your personal data.

For us, it is important that you feel safe when you answer our surveys. The answers from surveys are therefore collected anonymously, and cannot be linked with your contact information. You will therefore experience being sent to another page when you give us contact details.
The data collected by Medlytic/Medlytic is used to map habits, attitudes, preferences and knowledge of use for commercial and research-related purposes. You will never be asked to buy products or services, nor will you receive advertising from third parties. The personal information that is collected will not be passed on to third parties unless you have explicitly consented to this.

Your rights

If you believe that we are processing personal data in breach of the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). Before you possibly do this, we would like you to contact us so that we can answer your questions or clear up any misunderstandings.

You may have the right to ask us to:

• Provide you with further information about how we process your personal data.
• Provide you with a copy of any personal data we have about you.
• Update your personal information.
• Delete information that we no longer have grounds to keep.  
• Restrict or stop the processing of your information.
• Withdraw any consent you have given us.
